BulletM2 and M5 is not MIMO!!!.. only a single antenna...
For "mimo" you need to move to NSM2 or 5, Rocket, etc....

One thing to keep in mind is that the UBNT M series hardware has a 400mhz processor which is double the speed of our commonly used hardware. The processor appears to be big a limiting factor in throughput on our current Robin hardware using ahdemo.

I am very curious to see how this hardware would perform while running 54g rates.

I'm not sure if there is a mature 54g driver for this chipset. Does Madwifi support it? If so then I would think that a Robin build would be possible by someone that could compile it. Any thoughts?

There's also a picoM2H now Smile
Indeed the 400MHz cpu is a BIG advantage when running chillispot.
Lots of speedlimits now are due to the weak cpu in the used devices.
I 've seen it on wrt54gl's running chillispot / coova also.
Enable chilli and loose about 50% of the througput speed.

But I'm sure robin will be running on those new devices in time.
Patience... Wink

any news on this??
I'm really curious to see if using UBNT M products will increase the speed of my system. Currently running on 180mhz processors.
