I have been looking everywhere, but can not find any specific details for this, nor can I even find the files. We have this version deployed elsewhere without any stability issues. Our latest deployment has used the last three testing versions without success. Nodes often won't check in on initial power up, and within 48 hours or less, usually less, way less, will always quit checking in and become unavailable.

I have seen mention in the forum and on websites about downgrading the firmware, so how is it done? Better yet, where can you even download anything besides stable and the most recent testing?

I even have some concerns about these new PicoStation2HPs possibly being different, as I noticed the MAC label in the caps were different than what I have gotten in the past.

We are currently back to r2690, and in the last six hours have had two radios drop off. These are 2 of 4 different new radios that I flashed and sent to the location this evening. This is the same thing that the last four new radios were doing with the latest test versions.

I will likely see how many are still online in the morning and possibly set up some more with r2695 and see how that works unless someone has some ideas.

Any tips, help, or pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks.
James

Thanks for the link. That was exactly what I was needing.

I have flashed four more radios to r3527 and they are on their way to be installed. I will let everyone know if this helps our issues at this location.

Is Antonio the developer that would be the one needing the radios?

For anyone reading the forum for help, the actual command that I used to flash the radios was:

open-mesh-flash.exe 2 openwrt-atheros-root.squashfs openwrt-atheros-vmlinux.lzma

Thanks.

YEs the new Pico2HPs are different but I can't tell you how. I have had zero problems with the Pico I got a year ago. the two new ones are constantly loosing internet connection while running as gateways. I don't run them as repeaters.

I am going to the Bullet2 HP.

What antenna are you using with the Bullet?
