I have had a recent flurry of user sessions that is somehow lockeing users out of their accounts and it is getting to be a daily occurance.
I almost looks like the same user attempts to log on twice simultaenously? Below is a typical example of what I am observing:
2010-12-11 10:19 CST rohne rohne 00:00:00 0 0 Rejected
2010-12-11 10:19 CST rohne rohne 00:00:00 0 0 Stopped
Note that the login time for both sessions is identical but the initial(bottom) login that indicates "stopped" was actually still active and indicated "started" with 0 data transfer for three hours which locked up the user account.
I manually stopped the session in order to get the user back online since I have simultaenous uses set to 1.
I sent a message to COOVA support on this and their reply was to manually reset it (which is the only way I have been able to clear it to date) or reboot the router (which doesn't do anything to clear it).
In my mind this is not a solution but a band aid for a serious problem.
