Some requests here:
1. Users should not see network settings.
2. User should only see his own hotspots when editing them.
3. User should not modify hotspot general parameters (network, mac address, ip address geo position) after he saved them once. That will be usefull for billing purposes.
4. User should not see root password of the node. Or its visibility should be customizable.
5. User should not assign ip address. It should be automaticaly calculated from mac address. I suspect many mistakes here.

Hi,

1 and 2 - This is implemented the user can see only disponible networks and choice one to join in
3 - uhm..not is better let user free to set is devices ?
4 - at this moment the user can set password for own hotspot or left the default network password, anyone not see password in user interface is possible only change of password
5 - the ip is autogenerated in ro.b.in. fashion, the admin and user can put only mac address Smile

Looks very nice and well laid out. Look forward to giving it a spin, pretty familiar with the overall layout of Joomla.

Francessco this is very nice work
I run a number of joomla sites and also a wireless isp
this would be an absolutely amazing addition to our joomla isp site
we have our own dedicated server so
feel free to contact me if you need another tester

xxx.maximumisp.com or admin%maximumisp.com

Keep up the good work it looks great
I am very anxious to see this finished Smile

Thank you for letting us to know that it is still alive. I am very interested in this component and would be able to help with testing and development if needed.

Hello,

Could you please estimate when we can see a release? The community could very much benefit and also contribute to a well written dashboard.

cheers,
K

I am beginning to doubt this will ever be publically released.
It's been nearly two years since we first heard of it, and yet still nothing.

I would very much like to try this project, however....

We are active developers with lots of extra servers on gigabyte fiber , and can preload them with OS of choice and Joomla, or what ever is needed. Would love to see this project released. Anything we can do to help?
